The chefs of Olšina Restaurant prepare foods of traditional Czech cuisine. The greatest taste experience awaits you with Šumava specialties and regional dishes. All dishes are prepared from the best quality ingredients. We use local suppliers: beef comes from the Chvalšina farm, venison from the Boletice forests and fish from the Malá Olšina pond.

We have a Restaurant Olšina with 160 seats, a Myslivecký lounge for 15 people and in summer a new altan with a huge grill for 70 people. We can therefore organize a large family celebration, a wedding reception or a corporate party with professional catering.
